How long does setup take?▾
2–3 days from payment to going live. We handle data import, staff setup, and a 1-hour training session on-site or via call. Most factories are fully operational within a week.
Does it work without internet?▾
It requires internet — it's a cloud application. 4G is sufficient. Anywhere your phone works, P2 works. We've tested it on factory floor networks across Pune MIDC clusters.
Is my data safe? Who can see it?▾
Your data is stored in a dedicated, encrypted database on Supabase — the same infrastructure used by major companies globally. Your data is completely isolated from other clients. We cannot access it. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
What if I need to switch to Tally or another software later?▾
Export everything to CSV in one click. You're never locked in. The Tally export already generates the exact format Tally Prime expects — with GST rates, HSN codes, and stock groups. Your CA can work with it directly.
What happens after Year 1?▾
Year 2 onwards is annual subscription only — no setup fee again. AMC is included in the annual price for Pro clients.
What is the AI Copilot? Do I need to know how to use AI?▾
No. You just type in Marathi or Hindi the way you'd WhatsApp someone. "Bearing kiti aahe?" — it replies with the exact stock. "Tata Steel kadun 50 kg MS Sheet aale" — it creates the GRN. "Challan 1031 KPML la pathav" — it emails the challan as an Excel file to the client. No forms, no menus. Available on Pro plan — 30 queries per day.
Can my storekeeper use it? He's not very tech-savvy.▾
Yes. The GRN form is 3 fields. Dispatch is a form. The interface is designed for factory staff, not office software users. If someone can use a smartphone and fill a form, they can use P2.
What is GSTR-2B Reconciliation and why does it matter?▾
From July 2026, if a supplier hasn't filed their GST return, the government system automatically blocks your ITC — your CA can no longer fix this manually in GSTR-3B. You've already paid that GST to the supplier, but you can't claim it back until they file. Nexflow's GSTR-2B Reconciliation (Pro only) solves this: download the GSTR-2B JSON from the GST portal every 14th of the month, upload it to Nexflow, and the system matches it against every GRN entry instantly. Green means ITC is safe. Red means that supplier hasn't filed and your ITC is blocked. CA sees exactly who to chase before the 20th filing deadline — no Excel, no VLOOKUP, no guessing.
